Deposits and final payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule your training session by giving us 2 week of previews notice.
The remaining payment for your course is due 2 weeks before the course commencing date, via bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone.
If we cannot deliver your training on your chosen dates due to any instance that is out of our control such as a trainer being sick or having an emergency, we will reschedule your training to the next available dates that suits you best, and course deposits and final payments will not be refunded.
