MODEL Ts & Cs

To secure your booking as a model with Eye Design Academy, the full price is to be paid upon booking via bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone.

All Model Spots and Model Touchup payments are non-refundable.

You can reschedule your model appointment if you contact us at least 4 days before your appointment day.

Model Spots do not include Touchup, Touchups for Models are charged at an additional cost of $250 if booked as a follow-up Touchup on the same day of the initial Model Spot, and will be charged at $350 if booked at a later date.

Please note:

  • Models aged 16 and 17 must bring a consent form signed by their parents or legal guardian.
  • You are obligated to inform us prior to booking your appointment if you have had or is planning to have any of these treatments or medications within 3 weeks prior to your appointment: fillers, botox injections, blood-thinning medications and/or AHA/Retin-A.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY MODEL ON THE  TREATMENT  DAY DUE TO BEING LATE, POOR CONDUCT OR BEHAVIOUR, AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

 

Model Spot Prices:

Cosmetic Tattoo: Microblading/Ombre Brows/Lip/Eyeliner

Model Spot with Trainee: $150

Model Spot with Trainer or Experienced Trainee: $250

Eyelash Extensions (Classic/Volume): $30 (material and admin fees) 

A $50 deposit is taken for your appointment and $20 will be refunded to you after your treatment (refund will take 1-2 days)

Fibroblast Model Spot: $100 per treated area (2-4 areas will be treated)

COURSES & STUDENT Ts & Cs:

Deposits for all courses are strictly non-refundable.

The remaining payment for your course must be paid 14 days before the commencing date of the course, via bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone. Full payment at this stage is non-refundable. 

Bookings for all courses can be rescheduled free of charge up to two (2) weeks prior to the course commencing date that has been booked. You might incur additional charges if you want to reschedule for a training session date that does not include a discount offer or has a different price.

You can reschedule a class within two (2) weeks from your training date by paying a rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.

Courses may be rescheduled if a course does not meet the minimum number of students required or if the trainer is not available on the training day due to an emergency or sickness, in which case you will be offered to choose from any available course date in the future, the deposit will not be refunded.

If you do not show up to your training session, your deposit and course fee will not be refunded.

 

COVID – 19 Policy extra Ts & Cs:

If the delivery of a training session is affected by COVID lockdowns, we will reschedule the training to a future date when COVID lockdowns are ended.

Course payments are strictly non-refundable during COVID lockdowns.

You are required to inform us if you are suffering from COVID-19 like symptoms and/or you have been in contact with any individual that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks. You will have to reschedule your training and pay a rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.

If you attend the training session while displaying COVID-19 like symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule your training session and you will need to pay the rescheduling fee of $350 per day of training rescheduled.

 

Best of both worlds Iconic offer extra Ts & Cs:

This special offer is only valid for new bookings from August 14th, 2021. Students that have already booked a course with us, prior to August 14th, 2021, will not receive this special offer and price.

Students enrolled in this offer will receive immediate BONUS Online course access and will have 3 months to access the Online course materials from the day students receive their log-in details (usually the same or the next day from purchase).

If you have received your Kit prior to your training date, will need to bring the same Kit on the day of your training. If you need any additional products that was used up in the Kit, you can purchase them on the day with a student discount.

Shipping fee for Kits are not included in the course fee.

Some courses are required to be paid in full upon registration, others require a deposit.

 

JULY 2021 FLASH SALE extra Ts & Cs:

This special offer ends when all spots are booked, August, September & October 2021.

You can book as many courses as you wish that are scheduled until the end of October 2021.

This special offer is only valid for new bookings between July 16th and August 13th, 2021. Students that have already booked a course with us, prior to July 16th, 2021, will not receive this special price.

We may reschedule your course if it does not meet the minimum number of students required (4 students) or if the trainer is not available on the training day due to an emergency or sickness, in which case you will be offered to choose from any available course date in the future, the course payments will not be refunded.

Some courses are required to be paid in full upon registration, others require a 50% or 25% deposit.

 

EDA 2021 ICONIC Courses extra Ts & Cs:

This offer is only valid for new bookings. Students that have already booked a course with us, prior to the 15th of April 2021, will not receive this special price.

We may reschedule your course if it does not meet the minimum number of students required (4 students) or if the trainer is not available on the training day due to an emergency or sickness, in which case you will be offered to choose from any available course date in the future, the course payments will not be refunded.

Some courses are required to be paid in full upon registration, others require a 50% or 25% deposit.

Some courses will include BONUS Online course access while others do not. If BONUS Online course access is available, it will be stated in each course’s contents on their designated pages on the website.

 

MAP Accelerator Program extra Ts & Cs:

The full payment is required upon enrolment for each MAP workshop package and this payment is non-refundable.

You can only book a treatment/technique that you have learned at our Academy.

You must have completed the Maintaining Infection Control Standards course.

If we can’t run a workshop due to the COVID lockdowns, we will reschedule the workshop to a future date when the lockdowns are over.

You can choose to bring your own model to the workshop or request our assistance in organising a model for your workshop. If you require our assistance in organising a model for your workshop, you must inform us at least 7 days prior to your workshop date.

If you choose to bring your own model to the workshop, in the occasion that your own model does not show up on your workshop date, you can reschedule your workshop following the Rescheduling terms and conditions listed below.

If you have any COVID symptoms, you must inform us, do not attend the workshop and go get tested.

ONLINE COURSES Ts & Cs

As an Online student, you will receive 6-month access to our Online Academy Portal to complete your training from the day you receive your log-in details (usually the same or the next day from purchase).

Some In-person training students will also receive Online course access as a BONUS to their course, these students will receive 3-month access to our Online Academy Portal from the day the log-in details are received (usually same or next day from purchase).

Payments and refunds:  Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Online courses and kits:  Can not be returned, changed or refunded.

Extensions: You can request an extension of your Online Course access pass the original 3-month or 6-month period by paying an extension fee of $100 per month extended.

* Each Online course can only be extended for 3 months maximum.

Log-in details for PRE-ORDER courses will be delivered on the same day the course is released.

COSMETIC TATTOO Service Ts & Cs

Deposits are non-refundable. To secure your booking with Eye Design Sydney, a $250 deposit is required in advance. These deposits will be deducted from the price of the respective appointment scheduled on the day.

Payments can be made via our booking platform, bank transfer or over the phone with your credit card.

The remaining service fee is paid on the day when you come in for your appointment before the appointment begins.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule you will lose your deposit.

If you do not attend to your complementary Touch Up appointment (No-show) or reschedule within the time frames explained above, you will be charged a $95 re-book fee to re-book your complementary Touch Up.

Please allow sufficient time for your procedure and arrive promptly (10 to 15 minutes early). If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in the next time block, you will miss your appointment and lose your deposit.

 

FIBROBLAST Services Ts & Cs

Deposits are non-refundable. To secure your booking with Eye Design Sydney, a $100 deposit is required per Treatment Area. Your deposits will be deducted from the price of the respective appointment scheduled on the day.

The remaining service fee is paid on the day when you come in for your appointment before the appointment begins.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule you will lose your deposit.

Please allow sufficient time for your procedure and arrive promptly (10 to 15 minutes early). If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in the next time block, you will miss your appointment and lose your deposit.

 

EYELASH EXTENSIONS & LASH LIFT Ts & Cs

A $50 deposit is required upon booking. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time.

Eyelash services deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining service fee is paid on the day when you come in for your appointment before the appointment begins.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we can’t fit you in our next time block, you will lose your deposit.

 

Deposit and cancellation:

Deposits for all services are strictly non-refundable.

If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule your appointment with minimum 48 hours of notice, your deposit for the appointment will not be refunded.

 

Service Rescheduling:

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 days) prior to your appointment time AND with a limit of 2 free rescheduling per person per appointment.

A rescheduling fee of $95 per appointment rescheduled per person will incur if any or all of the following applies:

  • You did not show up to your scheduled appointment at the designated time, date and location, and no prior notice was provided;
  • You cancelled or requested rescheduling of your appointment with less than 48 hours notice to Eye Design Sydney;
  • You have already rescheduled the appointment free of charge 2 times prior.

 

Service COVID – 19 Policy:

You are required to inform us if you are suffering from COVID-19 like symptoms and/or you have been in contact with any individual that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks. You will have to reschedule your appointment and pay a rescheduling fee of $95 per appointment rescheduled per person if you do not inform us 48 hours prior to your designated appointment time.

If you attend the appointment while displaying COVID-19 like symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment and you will need to pay the rescheduling fee of $95 per appointment rescheduled per person.

You are required to provide us with your COVID-19 test results to be eligible for free of charge rescheduling of your appointment.

A rescheduling fee of $95 per appointment rescheduled per person will incur if you request to reschedule your appointment without submitting your COVID-19 test results to Eye Design Sydney.
