Payments for our online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. You will gain 6-month access to our Online Academy Portal to complete your training from the day you receive your log-in details (usually same or next day from purchase).
Kits will be shipped the next day of the purchase and to the address you indicate in the purchasing process, delivery will take up to 7 working days depending on your location, please note, there could be a slight delay due to the COVID-19 crisis which is out of our control.
